We LOVED our stay here! While Duet Hostel is definitely popular in Karakol, we felt like family at Snow Leopard. Our well-being & comfort were consistently and personally looked after during our stay. We used this hostel as the jumping off point for our Ala Kul trek, & the owner helped us store our bags, arrange our ride to the park & both of our Yurt stays during the trek. There were even local guides that we were not trekking with checking on us over the three days on behalf of the owner.

Absolutely loved this place! Such lovely staff, who were so helpful & kind! We organised the 3-day Alu Kul hike, and it was easy and smooth. The room and facilities were also awesome, nice and clean. Highly recommend.
