Acacia Villa is a great place to stay in Kampala. Both the 4 bed female dorm and the single room are comfortable. Good lockers, mosquito nets, and fairly quiet. The breakfasts are great! I also met a lot of nice people here. Would recommend!

We were brought to a room across the road from the main hostel, in what appeared to be a long-stay annexe of the main hostel. The room doesn’t match the photos on hostelworld - it was dirty and insecure - windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of flies and mosquitoes when we arrived. The mosquito nets on the bed also didn’t close properly. The en-suite consisted of a metal wall which was not full height and the shower was full of mould. Will add pictures on google review.
