There was no toilet paper on the toilets, no hans towels or paper for washing hands.. Overall the experience was good. But i didnt manage to sleep with everyone opening the door, packing and some knocking sounds from room next door most of the night.

Very very quiet, but decent location (15ish mins walk from main square). Nice kitchen facilities. Shower locks were super dodgy, one of them in the women’s bathroom was broken and several people got locked in until someone let them out.

A bit of mould in the bathroom and a lock that doesn't work too well. My main issue was with one member of staff who was too busy playing a football game on the large TV screen when I asked for help booking a taxi to the airport. He gave me the number of the taxi company and told me to book it myself because "their systems weren't working". Lo and behold when I asked another member of staff the next day they knew nothing about this and said system was fine and had been all along. So he'd lied.
