St. Kilda Accommodation

This place was managed terribly. The poor cleaning woman did everything and it still wasn't enough. If the cleaners were payed, rather than just giving them the accomodation, maybe there would be more interest in cleaning the place. More staff are needed and should be present for more of the day. The receptionist was rarely there, and many trespassing incidents occurred. People were smoking in the rooms, and my bed had weird brown streaks on the wall next to my face.

It is beyond me how this place has such a high rating on here. I have learned my lesson to ALWAYS check the rating on Google as well before booking, especially if the price seems too good to be true, because that would've clued me into how mediocre this place is. It's not terrible, their security is okay since every guest has a key code to get into both the building and their dorm and they do have a kitchen, showers, bathrooms, lockers and beds to sleep in. I only stayed 1 night and checked in after dark but the communication was great and I had no problem accessing the dorm & my allocated bedroom. Nice work guys. :)
