Zostel Plus Mussoorie (Kempty)

Very disappointing and unsafe experience. A staff member made an inappropriate comment towards our female friend on our first evening. When we reported it, management failed to take proper action and instead asked us to leave around 10 PM. The situation escalated when additional people were allegedly called to intimidate us. We had to consider calling the police before things settled down. Extremely poor handling by management and an unsafe experience, especially for women.

Terrible experience and extremely unsafe. During our stay, a staff member made an inappropriate comment towards our female friend. When we complained, instead of resolving the issue, the management asked our group to leave late at night. The situation then escalated, with additional people being brought in and making us feel threatened. We had to involve the police to de-escalate the situation. Very poor management and absolutely not the kind of environment where guests, especially women, should feel safe.
