The property advertises air conditioning, but it was turned off at night both nights of my stay. The heat was so extreme that sweat got into my phone’s charging port, preventing me from charging it. The property was also difficult to find due to a lack of signs outside. After locating it, I learned guests could not use the elevator, making access inconvenient. These issues should be disclosed to guests and addressed to improve the overall experience.

I was also grateful for the simple breakfast they provided each morning. It may have been modest, but the care and thoughtfulness behind it were truly appreciated. I also enjoyed having access to the kitchen, which made it easy to cook my own meals and feel more at home during my stay." 😊

I was fully satisfied with my stay. The place was clean, secure, and ideally located. The staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Alexandria.
