good location, but if its the first time you come tou nyc i suggest you live down to the city a little bit more, everyone's friendly in this place but there's no social atmosphere here for solo traveler, room is okay but the ligh is not bright enough in the bed bunk, and also the bed is wrapped by iron shell so could accidently causing alot noise

Very close to time square and subway; felt safe in the 4 ppl mixed dorm. There is air con and a curtain to keep your sleeping box dark. There is WiFi and ppl get on with their things in the common area. Lockers are inside the room, need to bring a padlock to secure it. There is a space in the hallway with chains for storing larger luggage or before check-in.

It’s a nightmare, rude reception staffs and dirty sheets and towels, even showing with photos record, the male staff insisted it’s clean. Some of the cleaning team speak Spanish, but it’s an international hostel. They even changed the code during the stay without any email notice, everyone was stocked outside the door, and the reception staff always not here for 10-15mins, people need to wait there, and they didn’t give an apology. Don’t recommend to anyone.
