Overall I liked the hostel and thought they did a brilliant job at keeping it super clean. My only issues are in the room 4C you can hear the chairs from the above lounge area every time they’re moved/sat on they scrape against the floor so loudly it disturbed any rest I was having. Also I could feel the springs in the mattress a little, I think they need replacing, it forced me to get out of bed in the morning as I had back ache. If they can fix those issues it would be amazing.

Honestly best facilities if ever seen in any hostel. The social areas and kitchen are great. Even though we stayed in a 24 person dorm you had plenty of space and it was really quite cosy.
