Overall great stay. The friendliness of the staff stood out to me. The the family breakfast in the morning is a major bonus. We stayed when there was a water shortage, which was unfortunate, but I understand that wasn’t the hostels fault, they were accommodating to give everybody water bottles. Overall relatively clean, beds are nice and good a/c, but our garbage wasn’t taken out each day and our bathroom was left a bit stinky.

Nice chill vibe. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach which is great. Playa grande has sone great surf. There’s a couple of surf shops right around the corner and also places to keep your board. The staff was really friendly. Love how breakfast was included and on one long table making it easier to meet other travelers. Enjoyed trivia on Thursday. Also, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in!
