There was nothing to do at this location. Its so far from the islands attractions that you'd need a car to do anything. Only highlight was the good kitchen and the cats

I just finished my stay at the Matala Hostel and it was an amazing experience. Starting with the staff - everyone was helpful, attentive, and generous. The owner Ektoras runs a wonderful establishment. The location is about a 7 minute walk to the beach - and the facilities, rooms, and pool, were all very clean. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy the beauty of Crete!
