Avoid! Staff was very unhelpful and did not communicate with each other. We arrived at the hostel very late due to a delay on the train and we paid for a late checkout but was bothered every 15 min by housekeeping in the morning asking us why we are still there. In addition we got charged for the entire stay twice even after I tried explaining that to them.

The hostel was lovely. I stayed in a female only room and everyone I met was kind and friendly. Each bed has a curtain which means they are fully private and also blocks out almost all light. It’s situated right next to a tram stop which is good, however it would be a decent walk into the centre if you didn’t get the tram/metro. They had a good kitchen area with oven, microwave, fridge, trays etc.
