I stayed for two nights and have picked up bed bugs. When I booked there was a review from a month ago but upon finding the bites I checked the group chat and there was a whole bed bug thread, they must have been infested for at least a month now. The staff kind of tried to be helpful, although it took about an hour and all they did was refund me my stay and offer me £3 towards the cost of laundering all of my stuff. A massive inconvenience, and they don’t seem to be taking it seriously.

Great location, helpful staff, big lockers, electronic locks which is nice since the building is always open and anyone could walk in. Also because of this it’s a bit noisy with the street however the beds are very comfortable and it was often cleaned. I’ve stayed in a few hostels in HCM and this is a great option

felt like a capsule hotel i absolutely loved my stay here - beds were comfy, private and lots of space. it was a very cosy place to be and the staff were super sweet. i didn’t do much during my time here i wouldnt come here looking for something massively social or to meet people to be honest but that was perfect for me. i had a nice time just relaxing and sleeping in a nice clean hostel but they did also run tours. not far from anything either - short walk into main shops and stree
