Bell House Hostel

The quality of service is generally very good, but sometimes I think they may allocate rooms at will and don’t care which room you book. I booked a 5-person dormitory. I also repeatedly confirmed the day before check-in that I would be arranged in room2, but after changing shifts to a front desk, I was changed to another dormitory room4. I really don‘t like this operation. But it’s not a big deal. Other things are good and people are friendly.

This hostel was in a good location and the manager was friendly. Unfortunately there is nothing else good to say. It was not at all clean, bathroom facilities were very poor, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy (we stayed in the double room, there's a very narrow gap from the foot of the bed and the wall). I have stayed at other hostels at the same price point previously and was extremely disappointed with this stay. Would not recommend.

Extremely hot in the room, could barely sleep at night and when I did I’d wake up drenched in sweat. But it was fairly clean and staff was amazing. Did see a couple mice running around.
