Hostel is close to lots of great places to eat, also very near to the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was great and different every morning. The WiFi stopped working but someone fixed it quickly. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned regularly.

My friend and I had a great experience at Downtown Hostel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us guidance when planning our activities for each day and organising transport when needed. There was always somebody on the desk which was great. We could walk to everything in Ella, got a free breakfast in the mornings, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.
