Months before my trip, I reached out to Annick, the owner of Kameleon Blue, and she helped me plan everything for my solo trip. She was so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and at home. They even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade from a dorm to a villa — the best surprise ever! God bless Julius, Nossi & Rachel. The food was phenomenal, the service was amazing, and everything was beyond fantastic. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️

Kameleon Blue is truly one of a kind! Every detail is so well considered, creating aesthetic colourful perfection. It was by far the most beautiful place we stayed at in 3 months throughout Ethiopia, Kenya, Kenya, and Zanzibar. The staff is super kind and attentive, the ambience is perfect. The food is unbelievably good (just very expensive), the pool is lovely. It’s a short walk to a quiet private beach, and within walking distance to the jungle turtle cave. We could’ve stayed here forever!

This lodge was very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home! The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. The only downside was the owner- who on multiple occasions could be heard telling off her staff or complaining publicly about certain things. Also, this place attracts families and groups so less appealing to the solo traveller.
