La Tribu Boutique Hostel for Women

At first I loved this hostel, but the staff was sometimes a bit unwelcoming as well as the nighttime security. This made the atmosphere not be as nice as it could have been. I loved the hostel itself and the facilities were good. It was clean. You also free access to the pool at hostel El Clan which was a nice benefit.

We liked the tribu hostel, the room were mostly clean some of the bedsheets had stains and the extra blanket was a bit dirty. the shower always had a lot of sand but thats from the beach :) there were activities to do in the evening with the hostel like belly dance class, meditation some of the staff members acted weird towards us, didn’t answer our questions and gave us a weird feeling so we didn’t feel welcome to participate in the activities

The nicest hostel I've ever stayed at! Really lovely atmosphere, super nice given the price. The only complaints I have are that the thicker blanket I was given was a little dirty. It also would have been perfect to have some shelving in the bunks. Also, some of the desk workers weren't the friendliest. Overall though, totally worth it and definitely a highlight of the trip. La Tribu does a good job creating events and stuff too. Highly recommend!
