Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff. I just felt the facilities (mattress, showers etc) could really use a bit of an upgrade / fix

The staff was nice and the location was great, but there were stains on the sheets of the bed that I was given and I was also put in a 6 person dorm even though I pre-booked a 4 person room. When I asked why that was I was just told that they were fully booked and there was nothing that could be done which is understandable but I feel like a four person room shouldn’t be advertised as available if it isn’t.
