Absolutely horrific. Both visually, comfort and smell-wise. The ”shower” was a shower head behind the toilet in the same cubicle. There was no window. The entire building was very dodgy, like you’d woken up in a dystopian post-apocalyptic nightmare. I left after one night to check in to 4-star hotel across the street instead. Relentlessly traumatising.

Definitely my favourite hostel to stay in when in Hong Kong. Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to transport, walking distance from the TST waterfront, heaps of great places to eat, and some great shopping too.

No atmosphere basically and was impossible to find but this was the cheapest single room place in hostel I could find and it was great! Sure it’s tiny, but you get what you’re paying for and it’s got good aircon and a shower.
