Lovely place and super kind and helpful staff. My main reservation was that it was far too cold in my room to sleep despite extra blankets. Something needs to be done to insulate/heat the rooms.

Great spot! Staff are incredibly kind, a little Spanish goes a long way. They're a family business so always running around ready to help if you need :) Great value private rooms, felt extremely safe and easy to get to. You do have to get used to hiking up some steps but that's the norm in cusco anyway. I would say the wifi isn't great and the quality of the room varied a bit. We stayed two different times in the same type of room, and one was better than the other. All in all, great experience!
