Shower was so weak I had to wash my hair in the sink it felt more like a drizzle of rain and that’s being generous- no hot water either. Very little ventilation in the room so we all got sick. So much noise I couldn’t sleep with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones on top. Music can go from 11pm-6am and it’s directly next door to the rooms. Couldn’t get a new towel when we asked, charged for boiling water, bag lockers can be high up which is bad for a suitcase. Wifi didn’t reach all beds.
