I had to leave early due to an unfortunate family emergency. I spoke with the front desk who made it seem like it wouldn’t be an issue to secure a refund for my remaining days. I emailed management and they were entirely unsympathetic to my situation. Won’t stay again. They speak of community love, but don’t walk the walk.
