Oh my god - this place is paradise. Don't even think about booking a different place, this one is paradise. I came as a solo female traveller and it feels super welcoming and very safe. Great atmosphere - it's a social hostel but not a party hostel which is so nice. The lake onsite is AMAZING. Honestly so beautiful. Comfy beds too . And the greenery surrounding makes it feel like you're in a rainforest. Super peaceful, I extended my stay a night because I didn't want to leave!

Amazing hostel! Perfect location next to the lake, took the kayak out for sunset! And everyone is so nice! Definitely worth staying here and with the bus it was super fast to get to the beach!

I'm so glad that I booked this hostel for my last two days in Sri Lanka. It's a small paradise and the people working there are the sweetest, they made me feel right at home. It's super peaceful and just the best atmosphere to relax and be with amazing people, eat together and do some canoe trips on the lake or take the bicycle for a ride around the neighborhood or to the beach.
