Really welcoming, family-run hostel. We booked our onward transport, hired bicycles and booked a one day tour of Ninh Binh, which they upgraded us to the more expensive tour for free! Great breakfast with so much fruit (which we loved!!) Only thing is door didn’t lock automatically and people would come into the room and wouldn’t lock the door, our beds were right next to the door and our room was right next to the road. Other than that really nice stay.

Be careful, the woman tried to overcharge us for the room - double check what is outstanding before you pay. Free breakfast is decent, comes with fruit but weirdly you have to order the day before and it stops at 9am. Bathrooms really nice but the bedroom is super small for the number of people, should be at least one bunk less

Loved this hostel! Not very social but the free breakfast is great and the couple who run the hostel are so lovely!! Even made me a packed breakfast for my early morning bus to ha giang and helped me book my bus and were very helpful! Would really recommend staying here.
