Lots of confusion surrounding booking and payment, with staff unable to perform simple maths. Staff were unorganised and the hostel itself was quite basic. Description said airport transfer included but this is not the case and we had to find alternative transport

really nice hostel, also the staff was really nice! For me it was a problem though that there is no barrier in the upper beds, that could keep you from falling down. the beds are also really narrow which wouldn't bother me if I'd not be scared of falling from the bed. 👀 also the outlets in our entire room weren't working, so we had to charge everything in common areas. otherwise really nice and cute hostel with nice people! :)
