Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are required at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a one-night penalty will be charged. All cancellation notifications should be sent to HostelWorld.
- No Show Fee: Penalty equivalent to the entire stay will be charged.
Taxes and Fees:
- Not included: State Room Occupancy Tax 5.7%, Local Room Occupancy Tax 6.5%, Convention Center Tax 2.75%, Tourism Assessment Tax 1.5%, Resort Fee 5%
Reservation Payment Terms:
- 50% due at the time of booking. The rest is due upon arrival.
- An incidental deposit of $150.00 will be collected upon check-in and released upon check-out. Any damages to hotel property or premises, as well as any extra charges incurred during the stay, will be deducted from this deposit before it is refunded.
- We are a cashless business. We only accept credit cards
- In the event of a failed charge, the booking will be canceled, and the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out hours:
- Check-in from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is available at an additional charge of $45.00, subject to availability.
- Check-out before 11:00 am. A $45.00 late checkout fee will be charged for late checkouts up to 2:00 p.m. Checkouts after 2:00 p.m. will incur a one-night fee. This is at the discretion of Meco Hotel
Breakfast:
- Coffee and light pastries included.
General:
- 24-hour Reception.
- No curfew.
- There is free luggage storage space at the property.
- Minimum check-in age permitted is 18 years old
- Minors under 18 years old are permitted to stay on our property if accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Reservations of guests whose residence is within 30 miles of the property will be canceled, and not be permitted to stay at the property
