Terrible service, very slow and incompetent. No cleaning people even though they advertise as a hotel and it pissed me off that they advertise they’re nicer than most hostels and charge for water. Only redeeming quality is a great working space.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this hostel. The room was completely filled with mosquitoes upon entry. It smelt, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty. When I reported the mosquito issue, I was told to just ‘spray them’ and was handed bug spray. It took a while to spray them all and this then caused another issue- dead mosquitos all over the floor. The room was absolutely filthy. The electricity also cut out twice due to ‘maintenance’ without any prior warning. Disappointed.

I booked this hotel only because they had a discount and therefore a good price. I booked several weeks ahead via Hostelworld. When I got there to check in they said that something was wrong and that I wasn’t not getting the price I booked it for. The actual price was almost double. Since I had travelled for almost 24 hours I was so tired and didn’t have the energy to find a new place. So I payed the extra price to be able to check in and have a nap. I am super disappointed in this experience.
