Pros: location, staff are lovely, pool and garden area is super nice Cons: wifi barely worked. Locker didn’t lock. Staff speaking on their walkie talkies at full volume inside the room at 8am. My bed was extremely close to the ceiling, near impossible to get into and out of without hitting my head or another body part, had to belly crawl backwards out. Felt like I was sleeping in a coffin.

I stayed in 3 hostels in my time in Kuta and this was by far my favourite! The rooms were really comfy, with good AC and large clean bathrooms next door. It was great to have dorms in a resort and it’s a beautiful hotel right across from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Kuta town. The only thing missing was a social area to hang out in the evenings - I met great people here but it would have been good to have somewhere to socialise.
