Overall very good hostel I would definitely recommend. Only had one issue - very rude person in dorm that would yell on phone and watch TV full volume. I asked her many times to turn in down but instead she was getting more aggressive. Tried to reach reception for help or change or room but it was closed and phone was in the reception with no ono to answer. Rude people happen in hostels and its not the hostels fault. But I believe there should be a way to reach reception if needed

I booked 3 nights in a female only dorm but had a negative experience. On the first night, two men entered the room late at night. Reception was closed and no help was available despite calling. The men refused to leave, and I didn’t feel safe so I had no option but to leave and book a hotel. The hostel was clean, but the lack of room enforcement and support was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it if safety is a priority.
