When I showed up, the staff member did not have my booking and told me that they have not accepted online bookings for over a month. They did give me a room, however. The room I got was large and had a nice balcony that overlooked the nice courtyard that was shown in the photos. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower and I'm pretty sure this was a love hotel as all night I would hear... noises... and people CONSTATLY coming in and going (slamming doors open and closed). The staff members were nice

They had no record of my reservation, and were prepared to rent us a room for 2 hours. We walked over to the Ibis, luckily they had a room since we arrived very late.
