Sweed Dee Seaview Hostel

stay at this hostel if you HATE yourself and want to see what hell is like before you die. genuinely the worst hostel i’ve ever experienced the pics were misleading. they have a whole other section in the back with beds but it is so dirty, hot and cramped. bathrooms were nasty too. they also scammed me out of 200 baht. when i got there they made me give them my passport and when i left they refused to give me back my passport unless i paid them 200 baht which made zero sense.

Showers are a bit uncomfortable and get water all over the bathroom. Great view of the beach during the day but can get really loud at night with some of the bars on the island. Also thought it was a bit weird to have some of the staff members just sitting on their phones in our room while we were staying there. Not a very social space and didn’t meet or hangout with anyone from my hostel for the few days I was there. Better to meet people through days trips or the big island group chat instead.

Nice place with nice staff and people, but a few bed bugs unfortunately
