Staff are amazing, my wallet was lost/stolen on my second day and Loy helped me all evening exhausting every avenue possible to try and find it. When it was not found he helped me get cash out and get by until a solution was made. Couldn’t ask for a greater guy. Also, really nice hostel with good food in the cafe and very chilled vibe.

Bibhitaki Hostel is dishonest and completely unreliable. I had a confirmed booking made one month in advance. After reaching the hostel, I was told that my bed had been cancelled and given to someone else for more money. I was informed only after I arrived, leaving me stranded with no place to stay.
