Green Orchid Hostel Policy and Conditions:
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellation policies may vary by room type and season.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 13:00 hours and check-out is before 11:00 hours. An additional charge may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Payment Policy: Cash and credit card payments are accepted.
Guest Policy: An additional charge may apply for additional guests not included in the original reservation. Guests must respect the hostel's rules of coexistence and tranquility.
Damage and loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hostel facilities or property during their stay.
Coexistence rules: Guests are expected to respect others and avoid behavior that disturbs the tranquility of the hostel.
Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited within the hostel premises. A cleaning charge may be applied in case of violating this rule.
Security and belongings: The hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests' belongings. It is recommended to use the safety deposit boxes available.
