OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS
Reception area : every day from 6 am to 9 pm
Common kitchen area: every day from 6 am to 8 pm
Kitchen is open for all guests of the hostel. After every use, wash the dishes, air dry, and clean the cooking area.
Rooms: check in time - 2 pm / check out time 12 pm
GENERAL AND PERSONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE
Reception, kitchen area, common areas and stairs are under surveillance for your safety and ours.
Please be mindful of your belongings at all times. The guesthouse is not liable for any losses or damages that may occur during your stay.
Smoking is allowed but outside the gate only. Quiet time is from 10:30 pm to 9 am.
GUEST/S ROOM
Please maintain a room in good condition hostel property during guest/s stay. We ask you not to remove or change the layout of the furniture in the room. For every deliberate damage or loss, or removal we will claim the compensation for the cost of the damage or loss or removal.
Please always carry the key to your room with you. A lost key will incur a charge of 500. pesos.
Turn off the air-conditioner and all lights when you leave your room.
Bath towels and slippers are for inside use only.
There is a charge of 50.00 each for an extra blanket or an extra pillow.
Change of beddings and room cleaning is for guest/s with a minimum stay of 4 days or more.
Leave your garbage bag during daytime outside your door when it is full , we will replenish it with a clean garbage bag and hang it on your door knob.
Only body bathing suits or swimming shorts are allowed for rinsing. There is a laundry shop nearby the hostel to wash your clothes.
Only registered guests are allowed to sleep in the room. Please inform staff if you expect a visitor and are allowed to stay during daytime only.
CHECK OUT
Hang bath towels on the towel rock inside the bathroom.
Turn off air-condition and lights. We will check the room before guests/s leave the property. If there is/are stain/s on the bed sheet or blanket ( e.g. blood or oil), we will fine you 200 pesos.
