We live in a beautiful and cozy colonial house with Victorian architecture from 1908 that is perfectly maintained and located in the center of Playa Ancha. The place is spacious and comfortable, and it has all the amenities to make your stay perfect.
Our rooms have private bathrooms, as well as a guest bathroom. The house has a beautiful interior patio and a living room where we can share our dinners and gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need for your meals. Breakfast, made with homemade and natural products, is included in the service.
The Gran Bretaña neighborhood in the center of Playa Ancha is quiet and family-friendly. There are shops, banks, and delicious places to eat and/or have coffee (such as Café La Plaza and Café Waddington). There are multiple bus lines (10) that allow convenient and fast access from anywhere in the city.
Tulio Porteño is a special place for individuals, couples, or families who are traveling.
The house features a pleasant patio with a grill, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with book space, a small music library, board games, as well as a yoga room (optional). Each room comes with towels, shampoo, a hairdryer, extra blankets for the beds, television, and heating in winter. The rooms are delivered clean and ready for your rest.
