Lousy. I had a reservation on March 16, I arrived at the property and it was closed, so I called and told the person who answered that I had a reservation, as soon as I said that she hung up. I called several times after that but no one answered. I send a message on WhatsApp and they did not answer either. It was 5pm and I had to go and look for another place.
