Islanders Hostel is a newly built hostel in Port Barton San Vicente offering dormitory rooms and private rooms with maximum capacity of 58 people. Offering good vibes with well ventilated bar and lounge area. With ping-pong tables, beer pong table, mini-basketball court, pool tables, board games and card games.

1. Check-in time: 14:00 to 22:00
2. Check-out time: 7:00 to 11:00
3. Cancellation policy: 10days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged full nights of your stay.
4. Payment: Cash only; 1000 Security Deposit upon arrival (Refundable)
5. Taxes: Included
6. Breakfast: not included
7. No curfew
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
9. Child policy: Guest must be 18 years old and above
10. Pets are not allowed in the premises

Beds were comfy enough and rooms were clean enough. Bathrooms could do with more attentive cleaning, the ensuite was out of body wash for my 5 night stay. Lots of places to sit and chill with good wifi. The showers were always cold. There is karaoke every single night till around 11pm so if you have an early bedtime, you will struggle. Staff noise/washing machines starts around 7.30am. Otherwise good location, free water available and the staff were very helpful with booking bikes, buses etc

This hostel is well located and very nice. The beds are comfortable and each bed has its own fan and reading light. Although the fan by my friend’s bed wasn’t working. There is also a small locker by each bed. However, there was nowhere to store our big bags so they just had to sit at the side of our beds which felt unsafe, and people were tripping over them. Overall, we would stay here again but we wish there was better security.
