Luna Female Hostel Prague Policy & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 15:00 - 24:00
Check-out time: Before 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, ID card) at check-in.
We only accommodate female travelers due to the nature of our hostel.
Age Restrictions
Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or provide a signed parental consent form.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00 in all dormitory and common areas.
Payment
Full payment is required upon arrival for all bookings unless prepaid.
Accepted payment methods include cash (CZK), credit, and debit cards.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2.00 EUR per person per night.
A refundable key deposit of 200 CZK may be required at check-in.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including dormitories and common areas.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas and must not disturb other guests.
Guest Behavior
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and fellow travelers.
Any actions causing damage to property or disturbance will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Visitor Policy
For the safety and privacy of our guests, visitors are not allowed in dormitory rooms. Visitors are welcome in the common areas during the day with prior approval from the reception.
Housekeeping
Dormitories are cleaned daily. Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings organized.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge for private rooms. For dormitory beds, towels are available for purchase
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hostel.
Lost and Found
Items left behind will be stored for up to 30 days. Guests can arrange for retrieval or shipping at their own expense.
Liability
The hostel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Lockers are available for secure storage.
If you are booking as a group, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to assign all guests to the same room. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this arrangement, as it is subject to availability
