Terrible check in system. Pls just let it be easier for the traveller and go back to handing the receptionist your passport and then being on your way. My friend and I booked under the same reservation but were given different rates. Huh?? Bed wasn’t made. Imagine arriving at 3am after a 20hr travel day and your sheets are nicely folded in a pile on your bed, and then you have to make your own bed. Again, pls make it easier on the traveller! :( Didn’t have a first aid kit, red flag

Great place to stay. It’s not close to anything noteworthy, but the metro station is a few minutes away which will get you to where you want to go. Great price, great staff, great facilities! 10/10
