Hello! We are adventurous friends who have always been looking forward to creating a hostel made by travellers for travellers and we decided to start this special project in the centre of the chaotic Guatemala City, in the gastronomic district of the city Cuatro Grados Norte.
We want to be a place of creation, convergence and rest, to be the base where you find a welcoming sense of belonging while you take flight and continue discovering the wonders of your journey.
We seek to offer comfort, fair prices, support for your route and why not? to share a coffee and exchange stories.
This is a NEW hostel, we work passionately every day to improve, your booking helps us to grow and be your favourite place in Guatemala City.

Casa Zanate - Inmersión Cultural Policies and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00. Please contact us if your check-in will be after these hours so we can coordinate with the staff. Late check-in incurs a $4 surcharge
Check-out: before 12:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit or debit card (5% surcharge applies).
Breakfast not included.
General: Reception available 18 hours
No special conditions.
