Cancellation Policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full stay.

Taxes are not included: 2€ per night (March–October) and 1€ per night (November–February), up to 7 nights.

General:
The hostel is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings left in shared areas. Please use the lockers provided to store your belongings.
Parties and events are not allowed. Noise is not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of the deposit or even expulsion from the property.
Bed reservations in shared dormitories may be assigned to rooms on different floors, with each female-only room accommodating 8 guests and each mixed-gender room accommodating 8 or 10 guests. Each bed must be reserved separately.
Reservations for private rooms can be distributed among rooms on different floors; additionally, reservations for “Double Room with Shared Bathroom,” “Superior Double Room,” and “Family Suite” can be accommodated at a location 6 minutes from the reception desk.
