The location is perfect - it's only a few minutes' walk to the subway station and the lively bazaar, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard, which makes it feel peaceful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast: it's a buffet with a good variety of options, so there's definitely something for everyone. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they could speak many languages including Iranian, English and Chinese, and answered all my questions and provided luggage storage service.
