Arena Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

No Show, you will pay the full amount of the reservation

Non-Refundable Rate, payment in advance 15 days before arrival.

Standard rate, payment in advance 3 days before arrival.

Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00
Check-out before 12:00
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards (AMEX, Mastercad, Visa)

Taxes not included:10% per per room per night+ 12 VAT.

Breakfast not included.

Just an FYI, this hostel is ~4km outside the town. There’s no motorbike rental anywhere in el paredon, the best you can do is a bicycle which are overpriced anyway. Tuktuks stop at 9pm. If you want to stay late in el paredon and party, this isn’t your place. I had to hitchhike home all 3 nights and it was not ideal (one weird sexual guy). The place is nice but the location was a killer for me.

The host (Christian) is the most service-minded and best host we’ve experienced on our travels. He did everything he could and was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place for resting and relaxing. Not a party hostel.
