硬件都不错，因为是新开业不久的嘛！但是，我居住的这段时间，发生了2件不愉快的事。1.我定的是有两张单人床标准间，他们却给我安排只有一张大床。在我们表示不可接受后，他们给房间加了一张折叠的铁丝床。本就空间急促的小房间，走路和摆放行李的空间都没有了。我们要求换到6人合住间。但是他们要收我6人间两个铺位的全部费用，而没有减掉我们已为双人标间支付过的定金。我强力要求，他们推脱说这是平台收的钱，和店方无关。我反驳说，如果不是因为给我的房型不对，没法住，我就不会要求换房型。他们坚持着不返还我定金，我也没办法。2. 我们一共预订了4晚住宿，可我们住完3晚后，早晨八点我们参加了青旅组织的红峡谷白峡谷徒步，活动回来后回到我们的6人合住间，又被震惊到。我睡过的床上躺着别人，我们的行李全部不翼而飞！！！来到前台看到我们同房间的3个人行李被杂乱得堆在一旁。他们推诿说是系统出来问题，系统里只有3晚。前台大胡子哥，信誓旦旦地指着电脑屏幕，但它上面就是写着预订了4晚。最终，他们安排我们3位旅客入住另外一家酒店，费用由他们负担。我和另外一位俄罗斯女士的行李都被打乱了，她的袋子中找到我的洗漱用品，但不见我拖鞋。好折腾啊
