Do not book here. When we arrived the owners didn’t know we were coming, overcharged us and we had to be put in the overflow 2 blocks away. No towels for rent, you can feel the springs through the bed, and laundry service is no longer a thing. Booked for 5 nights and on day 3 they claimed we only had booked for 3 and that we had to leave. The senoras that run the place are nice but we had to fight for a refund after their mistake.

We arrived late at night to be told we had to stay off property for an unknown reason and were taken to an 8 bed dorm 2 blocks over despite booking a double private room. The day after the lock broke; we asked to change rooms but were told the whole hostel was full so while waiting for the lock to be fixed we had to wait in the room to watch over our bags as no alternative was offered. Eventually we asked for a refund for the next night and was massively overcharged for the night we did stay.
