Early Arrival: If the guest arrives before the check-in time on the day of the reservation, the following conditions apply:
Before 6:00 AM:
➡️ Staying in common areas is not allowed.
➡️ A reservation must be made for a room, and the full daily rate will be charged.
Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM:
➡️ If you wish to check in early, half the daily rate of the available room will be charged.
➡️ If you only want to use the common areas, a R$10.00 fee will apply.
Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM:
➡️ Guests may wait for check-in in the common areas free of charge.
