I booked this accomadation specifically as it stated they had a 24 hour reception and I was arriving into Halong at 3am. I subsequently emailed the accom who assured me this was fine and gave me a number to contact when I arrived. I whatsapped this number when I was 5 minutes away - I never heard back from this number - myself & my friend attempted to contact someone working in the hostel for 1 hour prior to finally getting in contact with someone - the number provided by them did not work
