Kandy Krush Hostel

The pool is super nice! Location was a bit tricky for us as even though it’s only a 15min tuktuk out the main area, drivers were cancelling a lot because it’s so hilly/windy to get to us so that was annoying. Very clean hostel tho, lovely staff and they do great Sri Lankan food and alcoholic drinks! Our air con broke but they were very apologetic/helpful! If you were sharing the 4 person dorm with strangers, it would be good to have at least curtains for privacy! only cash payment also!

Great hostel with such a nice view, pool was great. we had a problem with our AC, and the staff were very accommodating and swapped our room. Very helpful reception, and good breakfast, only downside was how far out of town we were, as we struggled to get a tuk tuk, mainly in the evenings. Cool place tho!

We only stayed here 1 night and for what it is it’s good value. The breakfast was nice and good value and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room looked very clean but the bathroom had quite a bit of mould and the air con seemed to be on its last legs. The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable but I didn’t want to stay there any longer. Also tuktuk drivers weren’t very happy about driving up the hills to the hostel and it was difficult to book them on the app.
