Bizarre experience. Owner insisted I pay his personal PayPal account and pay a 20+% fee for not paying in cash. He would frequently come into the female-only room to talk to us. Bathroom does not lock although it appears that it does, toilet door within the room doesn’t fully shut and so you have no privacy when showering or using toilet as anyone can come in and will be able to see into the stall. Free laundry, nice kitchen, but would not return.

Pretty good for the price. Only one male shower working when i was there, but wasn’t a problem because its a pretty small hostel. Top bunks were crazy high! Only one common area. Highly recommend the Saturday night free bbq (bring a plate/wine). Bloody delicious!!
