0 stars. we are not happy. we arrived at the hostel around 10pm, and knocked and rung the doorbell. noone answered. we waited and stood outside for ages and still noone answered. by this point it was late, so we had to go to a hostel round the corner and spend money there. we have since politely messaged and emailed the property asking for answers and also our money back. this was 5 days ago and still haven't heard a response.
