Everything that could go wrong with hostel, did go wrong. We booked twin room, and an extension of that booking. Upon arrival, we have been told they don`t have twin rooms, only a double room, which they gave us. The room was a complete mess, no linen, not cleaned, used towels in the bathroom, no fresh towels, other people`s hair on the toilet seet, broken door handle, etc. They apologized saying that "the cleaning lady had a day off" which is completely unacceptable.
